Corevalin Review 2026: Is This Daily Capsule Worth It in the UK?
We pieced together the formula, compared every disclosed dose with the research, checked the real prices on the order page and read the refund terms line by line. Here is what you should know before ordering.
Corevalin "Daily Alignment" is a once-a-day vegan capsule for adults over 40, combining zinc and chromium with plant extracts such as green tea, milk thistle and berberine. The two minerals come at useful doses with approved health claims, but the botanical doses are low and the full label is not published. A gentle daily routine, not a fix, and only unopened bottles are refundable.

What is Corevalin?
Corevalin is a food supplement sold as "Daily Alignment" and marketed at adults over 40 who want a steadier day: fewer afternoon dips, fewer cravings and a lighter feeling after meals. You take one vegan capsule with breakfast, and a bottle lasts one month.
It is sold online only, after a short eight-question quiz about how you would like to feel. According to the terms and conditions, the website is operated by Haur B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands) and the seller responsible for the products and delivery is Haruki Limited (Larnaca, Cyprus). This is the same company structure used for other supplements sold on similar websites.
Corevalin is not a medicine. Its own FAQ says it "cannot treat, cure or prevent disease", and the site states that its health claims "have not been proved scientifically or evaluated by doctors".
What is in Corevalin?
This is where Corevalin falls short of its own promise. The sales page says "no proprietary blends, no surprises on the back of the bottle", yet no full label is published and the "Ingredients" page leads to an error. We pieced the formula together from what the site discloses:
| Ingredient (per capsule) | Dose | Doses used in studies | Our view |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zinc | 5 mg (50% NRV) | 5 to 15 mg | Useful dose |
| Chromium | 50 µg (125% NRV) | 50 to 200 µg | Useful dose |
| Green tea extract (50% EGCG) | 75 mg | 250 to 500 mg of extract | Low |
| Milk thistle extract | 50 mg | 140 to 420 mg of silymarin | Very low |
| Berberine HCl (97%) | 50 mg | 500 mg, 2 to 3 times a day | Very low |
| Alpha-lipoic acid | 50 mg | 300 to 600 mg | Low |
| Korean ginseng (20% ginsenosides) | not disclosed | 200 mg and up | Unknown |
| Resveratrol | not disclosed | 150 mg and up | Unknown |
The two minerals are the solid part of the formula. In Great Britain, zinc has an authorised claim that it contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism, and chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Both are present at meaningful amounts. The plant extracts, on the other hand, are well below the doses used in most research, and two of them have no dose at all.
Does Corevalin actually work?
No published study has tested the Corevalin formula itself, so the honest answer depends on each ingredient:
- Zinc and chromium: useful if your diet is low in them, and backed by authorised claims for carbohydrate metabolism and normal blood glucose. Their direct effect on weight is small in research.
- Berberine: the most studied plant here for blood sugar, but at 1,000 to 1,500 mg a day. At 50 mg, do not expect that effect.
- Green tea, milk thistle, alpha-lipoic acid: interesting ingredients, but each is present at a fraction of the amounts studied.
Think of Corevalin as a simple mineral-based morning routine with a sprinkle of botanicals, not as a metabolism reset.
The site itself says most people notice "the first shift between week 3 and 6". That comes from the seller, not from a published trial, so treat it as a rough guide at best.

We also found images of a different product ("Glumentrol") on the site, a sign of visuals recycled from other campaigns.
What are the pros and cons of Corevalin?
Pros
- One vegan capsule a day, no stimulants
- Zinc and chromium at useful doses
- Authorised health claims for both minerals
- One-off purchase, no subscription selected at checkout
- PayPal and Klarna available
Cons
- No full label published, despite "no surprises" promise
- Most plant extracts are under-dosed
- Refunds only for unopened bottles
- Customer complaints about extra charges at checkout
- Exaggerated marketing (FDA, food comparisons)
Who is Corevalin suitable for?
A reasonable fit if you…
- are over 40 and want a simple once-a-day routine
- suspect your diet is low in zinc or chromium
- prefer a stimulant-free capsule to energy drinks or fat burners
Best avoided if you…
- are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18
- take diabetes medication: chromium, berberine and alpha-lipoic acid can lower blood sugar
- take blood thinners or other regular medicines (berberine, ginseng and resveratrol can interact)
- want to know exactly what and how much you are swallowing
- expect noticeable weight loss without changing diet and activity
Does Corevalin have side effects?
The official FAQ says it is "well-tolerated for most healthy adults". With this formula, the most likely issues are mild stomach upset (berberine, green tea) and, rarely, a metallic taste or nausea from zinc on an empty stomach, which is why it should be taken with breakfast. If you take any prescription medicine, ask your GP or pharmacist first.
How do you take Corevalin?
Take one vegan capsule daily with breakfast and do not exceed the recommended dose. A bottle lasts a month. To judge it fairly, give it at least 8 to 12 weeks alongside a balanced diet.
How much does Corevalin cost in the UK?
These are the prices on the official order page on 5 October 2026. They are one-off purchases with no subscription pre-selected.
| Bundle | Per bottle | Total | Delivery | Per day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle (1 month) | £49.95 | £49.95 | £4.95 | £1.67 |
| 2 bottles (2 months) | £39.97 | £79.95 | Free | £1.33 |
| 3 bottles (3 months) | £36.65 | £109.95 | Free | £1.22 |

Our advice: check the basket total before you pay. UK buyers have reported extra charges after checkout. If you only want to test it, a single bottle keeps the risk low; the 3-bottle bundle only pays off if you plan to stick with it.
How does the Corevalin money-back guarantee work?
The site promises a "30-day money-back guarantee, no complicated questions". Section 8 of the terms is stricter:
- 30 days from delivery, for any reason.
- Only unopened bottles in their original packaging are refundable. An opened bottle is not.
- You pay for return postage, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
- After posting, you must complete the return form in the Help Centre with your tracking number and order ID.
- Allow 7 to 14 working days for inspection, then 5 to 20 working days for the refund.
- Refusing the parcel on delivery can cost up to £30 in handling fees.
Is Corevalin legit or a scam?
Corevalin appears to be a real product sold by identified companies, with written terms, secure payment and a return policy. It is not a scam in the strict sense.
However, reviews on Trustpilot are poor, with UK buyers describing unexpected extra charges and a confusing checkout. Copycat pages also exist. To buy safely:
- Order through the official site, corevalin.com, which is where our links go.
- Decline add-on offers after payment unless you really want them.
- Check the total before confirming, and prefer PayPal or a credit card for buyer protection.
- Keep your confirmation email and check your bank statement.

Our verdict: should you buy Corevalin?
Corevalin is a calm, stimulant-free daily capsule with a sensible mineral base: zinc and chromium at useful doses, with authorised claims for carbohydrate metabolism and normal blood glucose. For an over-40 adult looking for a simple morning routine, that is a reasonable starting point.
But the plant extracts are mostly under-dosed, the full label is missing despite the "no surprises" promise, and only unopened bottles can be refunded. If you try it, start small, check your basket total carefully and keep expectations realistic.
Our rating: 4.3 out of 5.
How we review
We read the full label (or rebuild it from the site when it is missing), compare every dose with published research, record real prices from the order page, read the refund terms and look for independent customer reviews.
